Day 4, Week 2

I have not felt good all week long. My beau has been sick, so I cannot rule out the possibility of something random. But I do think it is something I am eating, as my tummy troubles seem to be resurfacing.

This may mean that I do in fact have a yeast allergy, as that is what I have reintroduced this week. But I have also added goji berries and juice to my diet. And I am probably even a bit undernourished--today my coworker announced that she believes I am becoming anemic.

I came home and a few quick handfuls of chocolate helped, and then I nourished with a spinach/quinoa mixture cooked in an iron skillet (that helps with iron, right?). I felt better for a few hours, now I am back to feeling like doodoo.

Is it the yeast? The lacking nourishment? The addition of gojis?

I have begun cutting the yeast back out so that I can get back to good, and nourish my body. Then I will try something quite yeast heavy to determine. I must go sleep now, I'm exhausted. Night!
