Today rounded up a week of not feelin' too hot. By Tuesday I wasn't sure I'd survive the workday, and this morning I about fell asleep driving to work.
So what the heck is up?
The only changes that I have made to my diet include a) the addition of goji berries and juice b) the addition of yeast back into my diet
Last night was my last dose of goji for now and I started cutting back on yeast on Wednesday. Yesterday's only real culprits of yeast were some Nana's Cookie bites and goji products.
I felt just awful today though. I have had a dull sinus-like headache for days (but my sinuses have not been at all sore to the touch). My body has been utterly fatigued and my head cloudy. Plus my acid stomach has been acting up, creating a feeling of nausea throughout my day.
Finally by this evening I felt better. I am not sure if the yeast just processed out of my system, my power nap was truly powerful, the handful of chocolate chips really energized me or having abstained from eating for a few hours helped.
I am at this point seriously looking into some allergy blood testing. And quite afraid of eating yeast. So I suppose I'll just avoid yeast and see how my body reacts.
