Why Oh Why

So how is it that the wine I drank the other night left me not nearly as congested as that drunk last week, and over the Holidays?

And why today did the soy sauce on the rice noodles that I ate not cause the chest-tightening asthmatic reaction of the honey roasted macadamias I ate a few days ago?
I did first have a tylenol for my headache and half of a red bull when that did not work (today is the second day in a row that I have skipped my morning tea).

First thing is first, what causes wine allergies: sulfites, yeast and tannins. Which annoyed my nasal passage, and why is it worse sometimes than others?

WAIT, I just jumped ahead and may have found my answer. I thought that the culprit in the honey roasted macadamias was the soy lecithin (which is not supposed to irritate those with a soy allergy, but it is possible), but I missed the warning label mentioning that the macadamias are processed with equipment that also processes peanuts. So that could be my culprit. I have eaten an extreme amount of nuts in recent years, the years that have seen my tummy and skin troubles on the rise.

As for the former, what's with the wine allergy? I don't know, but I have a headache and am having an awful girl time, I think I'll go and have a glass and see what happens.
