I recently signed up for a membership through Kids with Food Allergies. It seems like a really great place to learn more about food allergies and discover new recipes. The process of registration I found a bit funny though, as they must actually "approve" members, even though a "Family Membership" requires forking up $25. Of course a refund is promised for those not approved. Thankfully, I am in, phew!
The recipe database is pretty helpful, it even flags recipes according to which allergies they are safe for. Last night's chicken dish was pretty great, and tonight I am trying another with chicken and bell peppers. Oh, and yes, last night's dish had garlic powder in it. A risk I had to take ;-)
I wish I could share what recipes I like, but I worked hard for that membership, and I'm not risking it. So get your own--if you want one ;-)
Hopefully today I will have time to reasearch wine allergies, in an effort to learn why one day I react severely, and another day I barely notice any "side effects."
