What You Can Eat

So you can't eat the Top 20, what can you eat? Here are a few suggestions, and feel free to share any of yours.

Rice (Brown or White)
Rice Flour
Rice Products (Noodles, Cookies, Crackers, but check the label for other allergens)
Macadamias (Salted are great, honey and chocolate have soy lecithin!)
Goats Milk Cheese (check ingredients, "goat milk" is okay, "milk" is not)
Goats Milk Butter
Quinoa (a rice like grain, best cooked with chicken or other broth to mask nuttiness)
Proteins (Chicken, Beef, Pork)
Veggies (but if suspicious of a soy allergy, avoid peas and beans)
Rice Cakes
Potato Chips (if cooked with olive oil--no sunflower oil or soy lecithin)
Gluten Free, Egg Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free and Sorghum Free Cookies
Teas
Sparkling Water
