On the one hand I feel like there is so much information out there on food allergies. Then on the other hand, the actual published books on the topic seem so . . . propaganda.
I do wish finding out which foods to avoid was a bit easier, but then again, thanks to what information is out there on the subject of food allergies, I have changed the way I eat. Avoiding all 20 most common food allergens is not an approach I will continue for too long, but I do certainly plan to ride out this process until I am sure of just which food(s) is to blame for my "symptoms."
Thus far, sites I really do enjoy and encourage others to visit include are:
Allergy Details- not the most easily navigated site I have found, but the best information source by far, in fact, the reason I began the Food Elimination Diet in the first place
Gluten Free Girl- a gorgeously done blog/memoir/recipe site by an incredibly admirable woman with always a lovely story and meal to share (keep in mind, this is an amazing source for gluten allergies, not all food allergies, but still worth a visit, many recipes may be allergy free anyway)
