So I feel less bloated, but my measurements do not seem to reflect this. Hmmm.
I am beginning to wonder whether one or two yoga DVDs per week were responsible for my tummy flattening rather than diet.
But then, there have been results, just not as "extreme" as I had hoped. Though I should remember that I was doing the food elimination throughout December, and should not expect huge results until it has been nearly one month.
Here is a recap of the progress of these past 12 days: weight down 2 lbs., waist down 1" and 2" below the waist down 1/2". Not bad.
Tonight I have some interesting skin findings to share . . .
