Day 10 and Counting

weight 110 lbs.
waist 2" below the belly button 30.75"
waist at the belly button 28.50"

So my tummy has not gotten flatter, but oddly enough it feels as though it has. Perhaps my day to night bloating has lessened. I am unsure.

What I do know is that due to lack of snacking options I downed some honey roasted macadamia nuts knowing full well that they have soy lecithin. Soy lecithin is not "supposed" to trigger a soy allergy, but boy did it. My chest felt tight and wheezy and still feels that way a day later.

I therefore suspect that I have a soy allergy, but in a few days, once this reaction has disappeared, I will try a small dose of straight up soy and see what happens.

Here's what kept me going yesterday:

Breakfast
Quinoa (cooked with organic, yeast free, gluten free, soy free chicken broth)

Snacks
Half a Nana's Gluten Free Chocolate Cookie(soy free, dairy free, egg free) and a Glass of Organic Strawberry Sparkling Water

Lunch
Organic Chicken, Stewed Tomatoes and Shitake Mushrooms with Quinoa (cooked with organic, yeast free, gluten free, soy free chicken broth)

Snack
The Other Half of Nana's No Gluten Chocolate Cookies (soy free, egg free, dairy free)

Snack
A Handful of Honey Roasted Macadamias (knowing full well they have soy lecithin)

Dinner
Meat Sauce (made with organic buffalo, tomato sauce free of soy and garlic, and some spices for flavor) Over Quinoa (cooked with organic, soy free, gluten free, yeast free chicken broth)
