Yes, this post is a day late. Unfortunately, yesterday upon leaving for home I learned that my car had been broken into. Suffice it to say, yeast or oak or whatever is bad about red wine was not near enough to prevent my consuming the better half of a bottle last night.
And ugh, as of late, I cannot drink the durn stuff without resulting in a complete allergy attack. My nose gets stopped up and runny, my voice all nasally. The second half of that bottle is going straight down the drain.
Interestingly enough, my tummy suffered no woes over this. Things were great tummy wise as soon as Tuesday arrived. In other words, something on Sunday was a tummy no, no, which gave me problems on Monday and set my measurements back. But what?
Here's what kept me going yesterday:
Breakfast
Quinoa (prepared with gluten free, yeast free, garlic free, etc. organic chicken broth) with a Few Bites of Buffalo Burger
Snacks
Maple Walnuts
Lunch (got caught in the office)
Plantain Chips
Snack
Plantain Chips
Dinner
Quinoa (prepared with gluten free, yeast free, garlic free, etc. organic chicken broth), Buffalo Burger, Carrots and Onions (cooked slow in combination)
Snack
Red Wine (lots and lots of it)
