This morning the progress of the past few days was hard to find. I still felt like my tummy was flatter, but somehow my system seems to have gotten stopped up. No headaches though, so there may not be a problem, perhaps those rice noodles did turn to glue in my tummy?
Tonight I hope to have made up for any past mistakes with some good hearty quinoa grains, some nutritiously delicious cooked carrots and onions and a protein-rich buffalo burger.
Oh, and the plantain chips I bought today--sinfully addictive. Plus I got the most amazing walnuts ever, I will have to look them up so I can share the brand name.

Very Small Amount of Quinoa (prepared with gluten free, yeast free, garlic free, etc. organic chicken broth) with Organic Turkey Bacon (free of soy and gluten) and Goat's Milk Cheese with a Bit of Onion Powder and Dill with Plantain Chips
Snack
Seasoned Walnuts
Dinner
Quinoa (prepared with gluten free, yeast free, garlic free, etc. organic chicken broth), Buffalo Burger, Carrots and Onions (cooked slow in combination)
