Day 5 and Counting

Today's adventure in allergy free eating did not offer much excitement, but tomorrow I am off to Whole Foods armed with some yummy recipes. One involves chicken, carrots and onions. The other includes chicken, shitake mushrooms and stewed tomatoes.

After five days, it seems that my tummy has consistently gotten just a bit tinier. This is awesome, but until I have a solid two weeks of measurements to compare, I won't jump to any conclusions. So, I guess I shall just have to wait and see.


Here's what kept me going today:

Breakfast
Quinoa (prepared with gluten free, yeast free, garlic free, etc. chicken broth) with a Dash of Italian Herb Marinade (garlic and soy free)

Snacks
Not So Bitty Bites of Nana's Chocolate Cookie

Lunch
Quinoa (prepared with gluten free, yeast free, garlic free, etc. chicken broth) with Organic Turkey Bacon (free of soy and gluten) and Goat's Milk Cheese with a Bit of Onion Powder and Dill

Snack
Brown Rice Cake with Goat's Milk Cheese

Dinner
Rice Noodles with Organic Chicken Hot Dog (free of gluten and soy)

Snack
Salted Macadamias
