My only tummy mistake today was foolishly deciding to lay down directly after eating. Ouch! That always makes my tummy all crampy. That's why I do usually try to sit up very straight (bar stools are so great for posture I find) while I eat.
And being the weekend I did take full advantage of sleeping in (my favorite pastime) so breakfast and lunch sort of meshed together as brunch. Tomorrow I really must get in some veggies!

Quinoa (prepared with gluten free, yeast free, garlic free, etc. chicken broth) with an Organic Chicken Hot Dog

Sweet Potato Bites and Organic Turkey Bacon (free of gluten, soy lecithin, etc.)
Snack
Brown Rice Cake with Goat's Milk Cheese (free of cow's milk) and some nibbles of Nana's Chocolate Cookie
