Day 3 and Counting

Today I felt great and noticed no "symptoms" (headaches, bloating, nausea, etc.). My only ailment stemmed from slamming my hand in a door--I can still just barely type. In other words, ouch! so no embelleshing tonight.

Oh, but I do HAVE to mention an absolute new fav: Nana's Gluten Free (Egg and Dairy Free) Chocolate Cookies. They are allergy free and AWESOME! Whole Foods sells the large cookies individually packaged near the cookie aisle, but you can also order them online at Nana's site. I just added a link to her page (see right: Nana's"). I have tried other substitutes, and FYI solguhm flour is not tummy-friendly: it messed up my tummy just as much as wheat gluten, but none others are as "pure" as Nana's or as yummy. So seriously, try it, you will fall in gluten free, egg free and dairy free love!

Brown Rice Cake with Goat's Milk Cheese (free of cow's milk) and some nibbles of Nana's Chocolate Cookie
