Day 2 and Counting

waist 2" below the belly button 31.5"
waist at the belly button 29.75"

Day 2 and I am feeling good. My tummy has been fine, my skin is doing okay, but my belly is not flat yet. Oh well, Rome was not built in a day, and my tummy will not magically disappear in anything under a week I am sure.

So, any cheats or slip-ups? Not that I can figure. I was even a very, very good and held strong against my craving for a glass of wine. Instead I made an allergy free vodka cocktail.


Here's what kept me going today:

Breakfast
Quinoa (cooked with organic chicken broth free of yeast, gluten, garlic, soy, etc.)

Snack
Salted Macadamias

Lunch
Quinoa (same as above)

Snack
Olive Oil and Rosemary Potato Chips (free of yeast, soy, gluten, corn oil, etc.)

Dinner
Buffalo Burger topped with Caramelized Onions and a small bowl of Quinoa (same as above

Cocktail
Vodka and Hurricane Mix (very small amount)
