Day 3, Week 1

weight 109.4 lbs.
I forgot to take measurements.

Finally my tummy seems to be back in check, and I am thrilled because it did not require medicine or OTC remedies. Instead, eliminating the top 20 most common food allergies (and, thus whichever of those I am allergic to) my system has done its thing and got caught up.

Having all meals previously prepared for this week has been such a treat. Coming home and not having to deal with the stove, the dishes, etc. Though I find myself jumping ahead to next week, wonding what we can make that may be just a bit more enjoyable.

This week's dishes have been quite good, but as I previously mentioned, slightly lacking in flavor. I am seriouly considering a baked chicken first sauted with rice flour (sort of a healty, mock fried chicken) and perhaps beef fajitas (instead of this week's chicken). And since I will be reintroducing yeast, perhaps a balsamic concoction.

All in all, know this: I feel better each day and know that I am on the right track. I do not feel as though a miracle hit, and today am so tired I am craving Red Bulls (I have previously heard tea linked to allergies, so until I reasearch it, none for me thanks!) but my tummy is causing my no problems and, therefore, the headaches have ceased and my breakouts clearing. Plus my tummy seriously feels flatter each day.

Here's what kept me going yesterday:
