Day 4, Week 1

Having all meals precooked from Sunday with fresh, allergy free ingredients: priceless. Eating the same three dishes for two or more meals a day for five days straight: tasteless.

So we find ourselves quite relived to be arriving at the weekend. Perhaps tonight or tomorrow I will even find the will to cook the next batch of meals.

Last night I was happy to make some bacon in an effort to add a little varitey to what has become a somewhat boring diet. But oops! It was not until noticing a bit of asthma and a drip in my throat that I realized that in switching brands, I had purchased one with lactic acid. Glad I only had two pieces!
