Day 6, Week 2

After over two months of trying to eliminate food allergens from my diet, I find myself more than ever wanting a food allergy test.

This week's reintroduction of yeast left me feeling worse than I have in some time: mild headache, fatigued, bloated, fog-headed, forgetful, etc.

My internet research seems to indicate either a yeast allergy or digestive tract infection. OR, there are other completely unexplored possibilities including a rice allergy.

This whole "experiment" has been so educational, and hopefully will still help me to successfully weed out my food allergies. But I am also, this week, seeking the guidance of a medical professional. I just cannot continue to feel so drained, I fear I shall never get anything accomplished.
