Day 2, Week 3

I cannot guess at my current measurements, though I assume they are unfavorable. I woke at 3:40am to depart for a work trip to (not the healthiest city on the planet) Las Vegas.

Unfortunately, the fact that I have not eaten out in two months speaks volumes for how easy it is to eat out allergy free--especially while avoiding 20 common foods ingredients. There is not one single meal that I consumed today, which I am sure did not upset my tummy. I am bloated and feeling less than fabulous. There is a scale in our suite, but I am quite sure I could not currently be paid to hop up on it.

The great news is that I have my allergy testing scheduled, and that I have found some pointers for ensuring accurate results (an article forwarded by my beau, I will share soon). Now hopefully I can just keep from exploding until I am back at home.
